What is involved in the shipping process?

After we have confirmed your payment, the day and time will depend primarily on flight availability and temperature, as well as when we can both travel to the airport. I can usually book a flight for same-day shipping, although this is a bit stressful and costs a little more. Once I have booked the flight, I will email, text, or call you with the flight number, times, the invoice number, and the location where the puppy should be picked up. Then you simply need to collect the puppy from your airport. We can also arrange home delivery, so you don’t need to go to the airport for pickup. You just wait for the delivery team to bring your puppy right to your doorstep. This is also very stress-free. You will need identification (driver’s license or ID card) and the invoice number I provided.
I then ask individuals to contact me as soon as possible after receiving their puppy, as I’m very eager to hear from the puppy about whether everything went well, what you think, and any other questions you may have. The explanation may seem lengthy, but it’s actually very quick! Puppies are also offered food and extra water during the journey, if needed. The puppy arrives within a few hours on the same day it was sent. The process takes approximately 8 to 12 hours, and VIP journeys are usually shorter.
What you need to know
The only difference at this time of year is that airlines can strictly adhere to minimum temperatures at each location, even though the aircraft is always kept at 70 degrees. I think it's primarily for your accountability and protection. Also, they aren't shipped in the summer if temperatures are too high en route. If so, we simply wait for the next best shipping day, or earlier or later in the day to handle the hot/cold part of the day. After you bring the puppy home, you'll be in direct contact with us for updates, questions, and relationship building.
